If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- The product must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.
- A valid order ID / invoice / proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, undergarments, socks
- Customized or personalized products
- Items bought during clearance/sale/discount offer
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items with visible signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume smell

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace products if:
- They are damaged during delivery
- You received a wrong size, color, or item

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method / wallet / store credit within 7-10 working days.
- If paid via COD, refund will be processed via UPI / bank transfer only.

- Contact your bank/payment provider

🚚 Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the cost of reverse shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund
- For valuable products, we recommend using a trackable courier service
