Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The product must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • A valid order ID / invoice / proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, undergarments, socks
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items bought during clearance/sale/discount offer
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items with visible signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume smell

Return Process

Note: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace products if:

  • They are damaged during delivery
  • You received a wrong size, color, or item

To request an exchange, contact us at [your email] with product images within 48 hours of delivery.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method / wallet / store credit within 7-10 working days.
  • If paid via COD, refund will be processed via UPI / bank transfer only.

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/UPI account again
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If still not resolved, email us at [your email]

🚚 Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of reverse shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund
  • For valuable products, we recommend using a trackable courier service

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the item.
